The Most Common Carrier Oils and Their Benefits

Carrier oils can be mixed together. For example, instead of one ounce or 30ml of Olive Oil, you could use 15ml of Olive Oil and 15ml of Almond Oil as a carrier for your Essential Oils.

  • great for hair that was chemically treated
